About the Role
Our client, via Sapflex, is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a Cloud ALM Solution Support Engineer in Madrid, Spain. As part of the SAP Internship Experience Program, you will be engaged in providing functional and technical support to global customers, performing root cause analysis, and reporting issues to the SAP Development team. Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers using real-time channels and tools.
Work with development and field teams to identify application errors and areas for improvement in future releases.
Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Gain experience in the daily operations of an SAP Support Engineer, while contributing to meaningful projects and continuous learning.
Required Experience
Currently pursuing or about to graduate with a degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related technology/scientific field.
Basic understanding of programming languages.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer and quality-focused mindset.
Fast learner with an affinity for IT.
Languages
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Spanish and/or German is a plus.
Additional Information
The internship duration is up to 1 year, with an expected start date of the 1st or 15th of the month.
You must be enrolled in university and able to sign a tri-party agreement for the duration of the internship.
